American Heart Association – Go Red for Women
The American Heart Association’s Go Red Day celebrates the empowerment of women to take charge of their health and band together to wipe out heart disease. In February 2009, a large number of TransPerfect employees in New York, Washington, DC, and Charlotte wore red and helped raise money in support of the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women campaign. These funds went to helping the American Heart Association advance its research and educational efforts towards fighting the #1 killer of women.
