Deutsche Bank
As a global leader in asset management, Deutsche Bank corresponds with clients around the world. HSBC
To achieve its aggressive goals for growth, UK-based banking company HSBC sought to develop a website targeting Spanish-speaking US customers. To guarantee that the Spanish site would mirror the English, HSBC teamed up with TransPerfect’s sister company, Translations.com, to handle the huge volume of content, frequent updates, and integration of the files into its TeamSite content management system (CMS). We quickly installed our GlobalLink globalization management system, an interface which linked seamlessly into TeamSite’s workflow process, and allowed HSBC to submit updates and track their progress. The result was a Spanish site that continues to remain in perfect sync with the English.
AXA Equitable
In order to meet SEC requirements for its acquisition of The Equitable, French insurance conglomerate AXA Financial needed to have 26 annual reports translated from French into English. In addition, currency conversions would have to be calculated and inserted into the deliverables. Ordinarily, a job of this scope would require two months to complete; however, due to the time-sensitive nature, the project had to be delivered in six days. Utilizing our extended talent pool and in-house financial experts, we were able to complete the assignment on schedule and under budget.
